USA U20 – Spain U20 21.06.2013
Spain square off against United States of America in their opening match at U20 World Cup in Turkey.
The young Spaniards are surely eager to prove that they are the best football nation in the world at the moment.
USA are facing a very tough task at the start of U20 World Cup in Turkey. The top two teams in each group and the four best third-place teams advance to a knockout stage. Group A is probably the toughest, because it features Spain, USA, France and Ghana, who are all likely to fight for the trophy. The Americans qualified into the World Cup by finishing in 2nd place at the qualifiers held in Mexico earlier this year. USA. U20 are composed of a good talented squad, with the likes of Luis Gil, who is one of the most talented players in MLS. USA always adopt attack-minded approach as they have number of attacking midfielders in the squad. Even though the Americans have a decent squad, beating Spain at the start of the World Cup is easier said than done. Every player will have to produce at their best form as they are facing La Roja, who are always at the top. The team will be satisfied with a point, but in order to do so they will need to adopt attack-minded approach, which could prove fatal for them.

League: World Cup U20
Our prediction: Away Win Odds: 1.50
After Spanish under 21 team clinched yet another European title, the U20 team are eager to prove that they also have enough quality to lift the trophy at the World Cup in Turkey.
Julen Lopetegui has a brilliant squad to chose from. With the likes of Liverpoolˈs Suso, Barcelonaˈs Deuloefeu and Real Madridˈs Jese Rodriguez, the new Cristiano Ronaldo, in the squad, the Spaniards are considered as hot favourites to win the World Cup, but even the opening match against United States of America will be everything but a walk in the park for La Roja. Atletico Madridˈs player Oliver Torres will be also a threat for the Americans and I am not sure whether USA are capable of avoiding defeat at the start of the tournament. Everything but the away win should be a major surprise in this clash.
