Brest – PSG 21.12.2012

Brest finally ended the four-matches series without a win.

In the last round they won 2:1 against Sochaux with goals scored by Kamel Chafni and Eden Ben Basat. The atmosphere in the squad is much better now and the players confidence raised. The coach Landry Chauvin will miss two players for this match as Benoit Lesoimier and Alexandre Alphonse are both injured.
The situation is quite opposite in Paris Saint-Germain squad. They are in series of four consecutive victories, three in the league and one against Porto in UEFA Champions League. The players confidence are very high. For this match Ancelotti has two sidelined players – Nene and Alex.

I expect at least three goals at Stade Francis-Le Ble. Brest last four matches finished with over 2.5 goals all.PSG is also in that mod, four of the last five matches in all competitions finished with over goals.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is in excellent form, he scored 4 goals on the last 3 matches.
I expect an open match here. PSG will attack, no matter they are guests. They need the victory to end the year on the top of Ligue 1. Brest have to accept such open approach, after all they play at home, before the own fans. That is why I am expecting at least three goals on this match.
