FC Copenhagen started the new season awful.

They suffered three consecutive defeats in the first three rounds of domestic championship, from Randers, Midtjylland and Aalborg. That was unexpected at all. So far FC Copenhagen have only one victory, against Viborg at the beginning of the month. They are ranking very low, almost at the end of the table (third from the bottom). In the last round they played a 1:1 draw against Esbjerg in front of their fans. They have a lot of received goals and a low efficiency an average one goal per match. FC Copenhagen are in group with Galatasaray and nine-time European champions Real Madrid, so it will be hard with the current form to pass in the next stage.

Juventus are the actual Serie A champions and they are coming into this match with solid form. The Old Firm are unbeaten in the new season. Juventus usually don’t score many goals in matches when they play abroad, so maybe this will be the minimal victory for a good start in the group stage. I believe that they will be more efficient in front of their fans. Juventus have got a stronger attacking line than the last season, with the newcomers Carlos Tevez from Manchester City and Fernando Llorente from Athletic Bilbao. And don’t forget Mirko Vucinic who is the third consecutive season in Juve. So there should be no problem for them to beat FC Kopenhagen. Juventus’ fans are waiting for European success for 17 long years, so I expect to see their good start to that goal.

This match will be their first clash in UEFA Champions league. FC Copenhagen played their last Champions League match in the season 2010/11, when they finished second in the group stages and then lost to Chelsea in the knock-out stages. Juventus played their last Champions League matches against Bayern Munich last season when they lost 5:0 on aggregate. I believe that this season Juventus will go further and the first step will be the victory in Denmark. I think that on this match will be scored at least three goals.
