Man Utd – Everton 10.02.2013

Well, we have indeed a very interesting encounter here!

The game last year at Old Trafford finished in an entertaining draw (4:4), while Everton managed to beat their opponents in Liverpool by one to nil earlier this season.

On the injury front, the news regarding United is that Phil Jones has joined Darren Fletcher on the sidelines. However, Ashley Young is expected to return after having recovered from a knee injury. Everton are still without a proper right-back, as both Tony Hibbert and Seamus Coleman are injured, so Phil Jagielka will have to fill in. Another worry for them might be that Fellaini is due to pass a late fitness test after having picked up a hip problem last week-end. He is their main goal-threat in the Premier League this season, having scored 10 already!

Because of the looming Champions League encounter against Real Madrid in a few days time, I fear that United may rotate their team for this match. Nevertheless, we all know that they can rely on a big squad, so I believe that there should still be enough quality in the team to overcome Everton and not repeat the same mistake as last year. At these odds it is a must to bet on United so i reccomend a straight win.
