This is a derby match in Serie A, it’s third versus second.

At the moment Napoli have 4 points more then Milan, so the whole pressure is on the home side. The second place means direct participation in the group stage of UEFA Champions League. The coach Massimiliano Allegri is well aware of that fact and he will ask the maximum from his players. Milan is in fantastic form in 2013. The Rossoneri have played 13 matches in Serie A and have 9 wins and 4 draws.

But Alegri has some problems in front of this crucial match. The key striker Mario Balotelli is suspended after collected his fifth yellow card in last weekend’s disappointing 2:2 draw at Fiorentina. To be even worse, Balotelli was additionally banned for another two games for insulting the referees at the Artemio Franchi.

Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri has a full squad to choose from and he is only expected to make one change to the side that won against Genoa last weekend – Juan Camilo Zuniga will replace Pablo Armero on the left wing. The key striker Edinson Cavani, top scorer in Serie A with 22 goals, is ready. But he is not the only danger for Abbiati. The midfielder Blerim Dzemaili has scored four goals in his last two Serie A outings. And don’t forget the Macedonian international Goran Pandev, he also scored on the last match with Genoa.
