Monaco – Angers 15.03.2013
Monaco is currently first on the table. They are in excellent form in 2013, having six wins and three draws in nine matches. The coach Claudio Ranieri is good and experienced coach, he is doing an excellent job. I dare to say Monaco will secure the promotion in the next period. Monaco have five wins in the last six matches. I will present the last two home matches.
Ranieri will be missing the suspended defender Gary Kagelmacher, but that’s not a big handicap. The Italian coach has big roster and Adriano will replace him. Otherwise, Ranieri has no new injury worries.

Angers is also involved into the promotion race. They are currently on the fifth position, just one point behind Caen and Guingamp. The coach Stephane Moulin and the players will fight for the third place, no doubt about that. But Angers showed big weakness in the last round, when they received three goals at home from Dijon. The final result was 3:3 and Angers dropped two important points. The away form is also a problem for Angers, they suffered two defeats on the last three matches as guests.
Coach Moulin has some additional problems as five players are injured. Stevie Riga is definitely sidelined, while Diego Gomez (knee), Rayan Frikeche (calf), Pierre-Etienne Lemaire (ankle) and Jeremy Henin (leg) are all rated as doubtful. Maybe some of them will recover on time, but it is clear none of them is fully fit.
Finally, Monaco have won the last two mutual games against Angers. Even more, both victories were obtain away from home.I believe Monaco will win again, this time at home.
