Schalke to perform well today against Mainz, after loosing to Bayern 3 days ago 0-2 but playing well in this game. The team should take 3 pts today on their Veltins Arena, since they are going to play an important match at home against Montpellier in Champions League but will go to 7th placed Dusseldorf before that game.

I believe that Huub Stevens will rotate his squad on the game against Fortuna Dusseldorf, and thats why this game against Mainz looks pretty much important for maintaining on top4 Bundesliga teams. They lost to Bayern Munich by 3-1 and to a relegation candidates Greuther Furth by 0-1 but have drawn to Freiburg in their opener by 1-1.
