Swansea – Chelsea

I expect Chelsea to win at Liberty Stadium. The Blues are flying high at the moment. They managed to beat PSG 2:0 in UEFA Champions League and secured the semi-finals. It was a great result, but they must carry it forward and make sure they don’t slip up here. I believe the manager Jose Mourinho will find a way to motivate the players.

Chelsea played good in the last period and won the previous two games without conceding a single goal Mohamed Salah and Nemanja Matic are in contention after being ineligible to play in UEFA Champions League, while Ramires is back from the suspension. Eden Hazard picked up a calf injury against PSG and most probably will be rested.

Swansea are playing poor in the last period and they have only one victory on the last eight matches, against Norwich. It is clear they are struggling for form. The defender Kyle Bartley will miss the match due to a hamstring injury.

Chelsea have two wins on the last two mutual games. They won 1:0 on the reverse fixture this season played on 26. 12. 2013 and won 2:0 before that, on 28. 04. 2013. I expect another miserable weekend for Swansea caretaker manager Garry Monk. I believe Chelsea will win at Liberty Stadium.
