They are the main reason for my pick. The Zebretas are in great form and have four consecutive victories in the last four Serie A matches.

Sampdoria is in poor form at the moment. They are without a win in the last seven rounds, loosing four of them. At the moment Sampdoria have 6 points more the the teams from the drop zone, but the situation is far from relaxing. Catania, Lazio and Juventus are the opponents in the last three rounds and that fact makes the coach Delio Rossi nervous. The atmosphere in the squad is far from good.

The situation with absentees are also on Udinese side. They are almost complete for this match with Andrea Lazzari as only player definitely unavailable. On other side Sampdoria have bigger problems. Daniele Gastaldello and Angelo Palombo are suspended, while four additional players are struggling with injuries. Nenad Krsticic is definitely sidelined, while Andrea Costa, Gianluca Sansone and Andelko Savic are doubts.
