Two teams with scoring potential and shaky defenses, so what really ca we expect from here? I dont see this as an ugly game, both are aiming for 3 points here, locals need the first victory, Astra should feel superior and will put problems, so in this conditions gonna go with the trends here since both games of this two teams from previous rounds were ended with both teams to score.
This game gonna be played at Galati, stadium of Otelul, since Viitorul is new team, owned by Hagi, and they dont have a stadium to meet Liga 1 requirements, so not really a big fan support here.Viitorul is youngest team of this league, full of players from Hagi’s youth academy, some with talent, and they did showed brave displays thus far, playing positive football and scoring in every game thus far.If scoring wasnt a problem for this team, defense was just too poor for this level and that’s the main reason they havent won so far.They just transfered another CD, Mladen, young prospect former Romania U-21 CD, but i doubt they’ll improve over night.

Astra also a team with no tradition which is preparing to migrate to another town Giurgiu, but in the meantime, they are trying to built a team, many changes during the summer, young new coach on the bench.They started good, taking a win at struggling newly promoted Gloria, benefiting from some mistakes in local defense and then in second round they lost 3-4 against Steaua, a game where they showed their offensive potential but they also exposed their problems in defense, although there were some voices that accused some players of non-combat, normal suspicions for our league.Anyway Astra has good players up-front, newly transfered Enache scored a double against Steaua, Fatai is very good on counter attack, Morais also can provide quality offense so i’m expecting them to score here, taking advantage of poor local defense.I see both teams scoring here and since both will want to win there is a big chance that overazzo will mean money in the pocket here.
