Hungary Netherlands 11.09.2012

Despite the pretty comfortable 2:0 win against Turkey in the first game, I still don’t believe that Netherlands has fully recovered from the awful start in the EURO 2012 compertition.

Team as always is very strong in offense but the last games just awful in defense. Turkey had 2 times more chances to score than the hosts and miraculously didn’t manage to do it. Before that also an awful performance in a friendly game against Belgium. Team as always was showing good form in the attack and it would be hard not to with world class players like Robben, Sneijder and Huntelaar but again just an awful performance by the defenders allowing the opponent to score 4 goals. So far I think that Louis Van Gaal has done more harm to the team than any good including several new players in the roster.

Hungary destroyed Andorra in the first game with 5:0. They have players that can score and definitely can do it also in this game. The last 3 H2H games have all ended with at least 4 scored goals in each – 19 in total! Also in this game I expect at least 3 goals and maybe even a couple more.
